Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and the product must be received undamaged. Refunds will be issued once the return has been received and condition verified.
Damaged or Defective Parts
Kitchen Dog will replace the damaged or defective parts free of charge. Contact us at 833-K9DISHES or send an email to support@kitchendog.com to report the problem. In some cases, we will request the damaged parts be returned. We would send UPS to your door for pick-up if it's more convenient for you.
